Can I bring my own diamond or an heirloom piece?

Yes — many clients bring a family diamond or heirloom jewelry to give it a second life in a new design. Just mention what you have when you email us.

Do you help me choose a diamond?

Absolutely — we guide you through cut, colour, clarity, and carat to find the right diamond for your design and budget, whether it's for an engagement ring or a restyle.

What if I don't love the design?

That's exactly what the 3D preview stage is for. With two included revisions, we refine the design with you until you approve it — nothing is crafted until you say go.
