Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders to Canada and the USA — no minimum, no code needed. Need it faster? Express shipping is $21.90 for Canada (1–2 business days) and $34.90 for the USA (2–3 business days). Orders outside Canada and the USA use Canada Post calculated rates at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders ship from our Montreal workshop within 5-7 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–9 business days within Canada and the USA. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days (Canada) or 2–3 business days (USA). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem — return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, hassle-free. Just email support@goldenrosearts.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Are custom or engraved items returnable?
Custom, personalized, and engraved pieces are made just for you and are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective — in which case we'll make it right.
Materials & Quality
What materials do you use?
Our silver pieces are crafted in solid 925 sterling silver (stamped S925). Our gold pieces are gold vermeil — a thick, durable layer of real gold over 925 sterling silver. All pearls are genuine freshwater pearls, hand-selected for lustre.
What size are the pearls?
Our freshwater pearls are typically 7–8 mm — a classic, versatile size that works for everyday wear and special occasions. Exact dimensions are listed in each product's Details section.
Sizing
How do I choose a necklace length?
Our necklaces come in 16", 18", and 20" lengths. 16" sits at the collarbone (choker style), 18" rests just below the collarbone (the most popular — works with most necklines), and 20" falls a few inches lower (great for layering). If you're between sizes, we recommend 18".
How do I find my bracelet size?
Measure your wrist snugly with a soft tape measure, then add 0.5–1 inch for a comfortable fit. If you need a custom length, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Pearl Care
How do I care for my freshwater pearls?
Pearls are delicate: put them on after perfume, makeup, and hairspray; wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing; store separately in the pouch provided (not jumbled with other jewelry); never use ultrasonic cleaners or harsh chemicals. With proper care, your pearls will keep their lustre for years.
