All jewelry is handcrafted. Natural pearls vary slightly in shape, lustre, and tone — these variations are part of their character and not defects. Product photos are representative; slight differences may occur.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD); US customers see prices in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

Custom orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces require our written confirmation of design and timeline before production. Custom pieces are final sale.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos, and content on this site are the property of Golden Rose Arts and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
