How it works

2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
3. Drop the package off — that's it.

Conditions

• Items should be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
• Custom-designed and engraved pieces are final sale (they're made just for you).
• If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, tell us right away — we'll repair, replace, or refund, your choice.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
